Connecting with… Jennifer Pope – Women Repair Zone Instructor

Last week, you got a chance to get to know one of Women Repair Zone’s instructors, Nan Zamata. If you missed that opportunity, please check out the website. This week we are spotlighting Jennifer Pope.

Jennifer Pope, a Women Repair Zone instructor, moved to Chattanooga, looking to settle down following her husband’s military career. They met Bea while shopping for new home ideas at the 2019 Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga Home Show. Jennifer remembers toying with the idea of concrete planters and mentioned it to Bea as a possible workshop offering. Jennifer has taught Making Concrete Planters and, once the workshops resume, she will add Making Concrete Fountains.

“I think what Bea is offering is opening up the domain of what has been exclusively a men’s club,” said Jennifer.

Following her workshop, Jennifer received great feedback on the evaluation.

“Jenny was a great instructor and is very patient.” – Corinna H.

“This class was AWESOME! I learned so much! Jennifer was a great instructor!” – Susan W.
